My very bad experience with Loong Hing Air-Cond from Taman Ehsan in Kepong.
All started with me engaging them to service my aircon instead of using my regular aircon repair person. Shortly after the service the aircon was not cold at all after using for 2-3 days.
Call Loong Hing Air-cond again and the sent some foreign workers to fill up gas in the aircon for RM150. I was already skeptical then. Sure enough within 2-3 days the gas was all gone again.
Called Loong Hing again and they sent another team of foreign workers to remove both my indoor blower and outdoor compressor.
After a few days I get a call from Ms.Lai telling me that my unit is OK and the cost to tell me that there is no problem with my aircon is RM400! Furthermore they quoted me another RM650 to reinstall my unit with replacement copper piping. For the cost of the RM150 + RM400 (to tell me what I already know) + RM650 for re-installation I might as well get a new aircon installed in the first place!. Furthermore Ms.Lai told me it's up to me if I am dissatisfied with the service and that she cannot stop me from posting a complaint.
Like all companies these days. the boss comes on the first day to do PR. subsequently they let their foreign workers to do all the work and just let their office charge whatever they want to maximise their billings to the consumer.
I would not recommend Loong Hing Air-Cond again as the work is all done by their foreign workers, the boss does not really know what is happening on the job, And the office staff is very rude and arrogant, telling me that this is how they usually conduct business and that I am at fault.
Bill for RM400 telling me that there is nothing wrong with my aircon!
